Commercial

Bai Construction is well equipped to undertake commercial projects of varying sizes having previously undertaken smaller school extensions to larger 100 bed new build care homes. The most recent project we were involved in was the redevelopment of a brownfield site in Droitwich where a 12-bedroom residential unit to facilitate independent living of disabled adults was built.

Refurbishment of existing industrial units or installation of new industrial units is also a key service offered by Bai Construction. Old asbestos coverings can be safely disposed of or overclad and new composite panels or roof sheets installed giving your old premises a brand-new appearance and improved energy efficiency.

Shopfitting

In recent years the Managing Director has been working with another contractor to successfully complete multiple sites for clients such as McDonald's and other fast-food operators. This has involved renovation of existing stores, extensive redevelopment, in both new build and modular construction format. The extensive range of expertise required to deliver these sites and the multiple finishes being used makes us a great choice for any requirements you may have.

Project Management

If you already have a contractor you wish to use and are in need of someone to manage them, the project and of course the budget then please get in touch and discuss our project management packages. We offer a professional interaction service between all parties ensuring the project is delivered to the best quality, on time and within budget.

Residential

Bai Construction has vast experience in residential new builds, extensions and renovation, having undertaken several high spec & complex projects in the last few years. If you have already had plans drawn and permissions accepted, we would be happy to provide a quotation for your project. We also work closely with several architects and can arrange an appointment to help you with design, planning and building regulations approval.

Developments

If you are looking to build your dream home or wanting to develop land with multiple units Bai Construction can provide the construction services. We are fully versed in dealing with the Utilities providers and local planning authorities to successfully deliver projects of any size.

Roofing

Bai Construction can replace or repair the roof of your commercial or agricultural building whether it is metal, fibre cement or asbestos. We can also replace your existing rooflights with a modern, more durable, UV resistant alternative.

We are approved installers of Triflex. Triflex are the leading European specialist in the manufacture of cold liquid applied waterproofing, surfacing, protection, marking and repair systems. Triflex’s wide-ranging systems are ideal for a variety of applications across multiple sectors. With over 25 systems, multiple finish options, standard colours, bespoke colours and different textures available, Triflex’s system finder helps customers make the right choice, first time, every time.

We are also approved installers of Flex-R RubberBond FleeceBack EPDM. FleeceBack membrane allows easy installation onto a variety of deck surfaces resulting in a system suitable for overlay of many aged roof systems, roof renovation and new projects, in small and large commercial installations. With an extensive range of proven accessories to suit a multitude of functions the Rubberbond Fleeceback system enables us to complete any roofing requirement.
